NEW REHEARSAL SCHEDULED

As we head into our Easter break for the Thursday and Monday classes, just a couple of notes on our upcoming dance drama.

We would like to add in an extra rehearsal for all dancers to run through each Act separately. This additional run-through will be held during regular class time on Thursday, April 8. I do understand if people have other commitments on Thursday evenings as for some it is not a regular dance night, but it would be fantastic if all dancers could make the extra effort to attend -- I know it will really benefit the show (especially after the Easter break!) and will also make our Saturday rehearsal MUCH smoother and less stressful for all! So please make every effort to attend.

On Thursday, April 8: ACT 1 rehearsal will be from 5:30 - 6:30. Act 1 dancers include:

Tuesday Beginner class
Monday Junior Advanced Beginner class (4:00 pm class)
Thursday Advanced Beginner 1 class (this is your regular dance time anyway)
Primary Girls (Keely, Sophia, Maddie)
Monday Novice 1 class (5:00 pm class)
Any senior dancers in Celtic Dream, Twilight, or Gypsy
Adults

ACT 2 rehearsal will be from 6:45 - 7:45. Act 2 dancers include:

Junior Troupe
Senior Troupe
Monday Novice 2 (5:45 pm class)
Senior 1 & 2
Primary Girls (Keely, Sophia, Maddie)
Advanced Beginner 2 (this is your regular class time -- you should come at 6:30 as usual please)
Adults

During the 7:45 class we will continue to work on Senior 1 & 2 choreography. Adult class will still go on at 8:45 as well.

ST ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH on Charlotte Street, 4:30 - 6:30.


BASKET RAFFLE

I would also like to have a basket raffle at the show, made up of donated items from families at the school. There is no "theme" to the basket, so anything goes! Please bring your donated items on either April 8 or April 10. I will be putting together the basket prior to the show; but would like to ask for a parent volunteer or two to please "man" the basket table to sell the tickets. You would need to set the basket table up one hour prior to the show (at 2:30 on Sunday April 11) and be available to sell tickets both before the show and during intermission. Please let me know if you are able to help out. We will call the winner of the basket raffle at the end of the show.
